Community Involvement

Since our founding, in addition to providing this valuable training, we have always wanted to give back to the communities we have served.

Our first event we organized was a Back-to-School Drive which resulted in donation of back-to-school supplies for Annandale Christian Community for Action (ACCA).

The following year, we have also conducted an Informative CPR/AED demonstration to the community at Braddock Road Elementary School.

Our company was invited to the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Beta Omega Chapter of Northern Virginia My AKAdemy as a panelist. Since we are a minority business working in the HealthCare Industry, we were allowed to participate in a panel discussion about our role in the healthcare industry as Health Educators to hopefully provide youth empowerment to build confidence and self-esteem while nurturing emerging leadership skills.

This year, Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc. Alpha Beta Omega Chapter of Northern Virginia, we were invited for an informative CPR/AED session during their Pink Goes Red Heart Health Awareness to discuss the importance of early recognition of Heart Attack, Stroke, Choking, and Cardiac Arrest and how to perform both Compression Only CPR and full CPR.
Since 2022, Safety First CPR & First Aid Training, has been invited to participate in the Virginia HOSA Chapter for Future Health Professionals presented by the Virginia Department of Education. At the Virginia HOSA, we served as judges for the CPR/AED competition, the CERT competition, the Public Service Announcement presentations, and also the EMT competition. These last two years, during the 2024 & 2025 conferences, we were asked to conduct multiple workshops in which we discussed Workplace Emergencies and how to respond to them.

In 2024, we were invited to the Washington Leadership Academy HOSA DC competition, where we served as judges for the CERT Skills Competition. Unfortunately, in 2025, due to another commitment, we were unable to participate and had to sadly turn down the invitation.

Recently, with Rescue One, Inc. and the American Heart Association, we trained new youth coaches in CPR/AED Awareness for the Baltimore Ravens Youth Sport Initiative.

Thank you for all your support throughout the years as we do our best to serve not just our community but yours also.
