Welcome everyone to 2026 and our 24th Year serving our Community.
Are you interested in making a difference by saving someone's life?

Make it a goal this year to learn CPR and First Aid, and you might be the person who saves someone's life!

Latest research shows you can even teach children as young as 10 years old to recognize signs and symptoms and how to call for help. Additionally, as young as 12 years old can learn how to perform high-quality CPR and use an AED.

Bleeding Control

Let's make it a goal this year to learn how you can help someone injured or going into cardiac arrest!

We are here to help you not only become trained but also become certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, AED, BBP, or First Aid Training for your personal or work needs.

You may have more to lose than you think if you do not learn this valuable life-saving skill.

The real question is, are you ready to take the next step?
What are you waiting for, contact us today, and allow us the opportunity to demonstrate how we can assist you.
"We are here to meet your training needs!"

For over 20 years, Safety First CPR & First Aid Training has served the Northern Virginia, Maryland, DC, parts of Florida (Jacksonville & Orlando), and Pennsylvania communities, meeting your training needs.

Whether you’re running a small home daycare, an early learning center, or working as a healthcare professional looking to learn CPR, use an AED alongside CPR, or improve your First Aid skills, we’re here to help.

Our CPR and First Aid classes are offered in English and Spanish by fluent native speakers.

We’re here to support not only our Hispanic/Latino community but also our Filipino community, along with any other minority groups that may be underrepresented in Health Safety Education.
Safety for our students and our staff is our TOP PRIORITY! We continue to practice and adhere to the highest safety guidelines based on the latest and highest Infection Control Guidelines for training.

During our classes, we have our students practice using PPE, practicing proper hand hygiene, and we have smaller classes to ensure the safety of our staff and students. If you are not feeling well, we ask you to please wear a face covering or reschedule your training.
