This year has been a very productive year for us. In the spring, for the first time our company was awarded a major contract with the VA Department of Education. It was challenging because I continued working on my Executive Certificate in Instructional Design & Technology while working full-time, running a business part-time, and going to school. Summer was too short. Unfortunately, lost the bid for the new school year with the VA Department of Education. Had another opportunity to bid for another contract. Came second but it was a challenging proposal to meet the requirements of the client. A good learning experience. Today, I finally finished my last class required to graduate with my Executive Cert. It has been a busy 12 months. Glad I have the support of family and friends to keep me going.
